Irene in "Hello, Dolly!"

I draped two looks for the character Irene in this production, my first collaboration with designer Matthew Carl Allen. I worked from partial renderings and reference images that Matt provided, and pieced together the final design based on the materials he found.

I never met the performer in person, completing both looks based off measurements in my home studio and leaving strategic alteration points in all garments. The designer used these to tweak the fit on the performer and finalize the hem.
